Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist
I am Inna Dyadyuk, a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, providing thoughtful, individualized psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University, along with advanced postgraduate training from the Yale Child Study Center, where I specialized in child and family development. With over 15 years of clinical experience, I help clients navigate anxiety, emotional challenges, and complex family dynamics with clarity and confidence.
My work integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, play therapy, and family-focused interventions, always tailored to the unique needs of each individual and family.
A core focus of my work is parent guidance and education—helping parents better understand their child’s personality, emotional needs, and behavioral patterns. I work collaboratively with families to refine and optimize parenting approaches, so that each child can feel supported in a way that aligns with who they are, not just how they are expected to behave.
My approach is both refined and deeply personal. I believe therapy should be a space of calm, discretion, and trust—where clients feel fully seen, understood, and supported. Together, we work not only to address immediate concerns, but to create lasting emotional resilience, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of balance in everyday life.
I have extensive experience working with children and families, including parent guidance, early childhood development, and adolescent support. I also work with adults navigating stress, life transitions, and the demands of modern life, offering practical strategies grounded in clinical expertise.
In addition to my clinical background, my experience in business and corporate environments allows me to understand the pressures of high-performing individuals and families, and to support clients seeking both personal and professional balance.
I offer services in both English and Russian, and I am committed to providing a thoughtful, confidential, and elevated therapeutic experience.

Therapeutic Modalities
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
This modality aims to enhance emotional well-being by addressing distorted thought patterns that contribute to mood disorders, anxiety, and behavioral issues in children and adolescents.
Family Therapy
Focused on fostering positive communication and constructive family dynamics, this approach includes sessions with children or adolescents alongside parents, siblings, and other family members. Couples therapy, a specialized form of family therapy, addresses communication and relational dynamics in partnerships.
Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)
Originally developed for depression, IPT examines how interpersonal relationships influence emotional states. This method reframes individual challenges within the context of relationships, addressing problematic interactions.
Play Therapy
Utilizing toys, drawings, and games, play therapy helps children articulate and manage their feelings. By observing how children engage with play materials, Irina identifies underlying themes and patterns, facilitating a deeper understanding of their emotional conflicts.
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
This approach focuses on exploring the motivations behind a child’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, assisting in identifying behavioral patterns, defenses, and responses to internal struggles.
Executive Function Development
Irina provides targeted interventions aimed at enhancing executive functioning skills, such as time management, planning, and organization. These skills are crucial for academic and personal success, helping clients develop strategies to manage their time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Dr. Nguyen originally pursued a creative life of fine art and illustration. After receiving a bachelor of fine arts in 2013 from St. John’s University, he continued to pursue his passion for helping people by studying at New York Chiropractic College where he received his doctorate in Chiropractic. While attending school at New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Nguyen was introduced to Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and immediately fell in love with the art. He felt that Chiropractic and Acupuncture are two sides of the same coin because together, Chiropractic and Acupuncture can help patients achieve greater results. He believes that an integrative approach and patient education are keys to a patient’s recovery and can be achieved by treating not only the physical body but the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies as well. Chronic disease responds best to treatment when the Body, Mind, & Spirit are all addressed.
He is also a Board licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist in the State of New Jersey, and is a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine (Dipl. OM), certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
